Fedorov Engineering is a Tallinn-based semiconductor engineering venture focused on scalable workflows
for power device validation, testing automation, and compact manufacturing concepts.
What we do
The company develops AI-assisted engineering methods that help customers move from a device idea,
prototype, or technical issue to a structured engineering decision faster.
Our focus areas include SCRs, diodes, power semiconductor modules, SiC/GaN devices,
high-voltage testing, supplier qualification, and compact manufacturing workflows.

Founder background
Fedorov Engineering was founded by Ivan Fedorov, a semiconductor device specialist with experience
in power semiconductor components, test data analysis, technical documentation, supplier communication,
and industrial engineering processes.
The founder’s work combines device physics, practical manufacturing constraints, testing strategy,
and AI-assisted engineering methods.
Scalable direction
Fedorov Engineering is not built as a traditional one-person consultancy. Early technical reviews
and consulting projects are used as customer discovery and market validation.
The long-term direction is a scalable engineering platform based on reusable workflows,
structured technical knowledge, and AI-assisted semiconductor analysis.
Why Estonia
Estonia is a practical base for a lean European deep-tech venture: it offers strong digital infrastructure,
access to the EU market, proximity to Nordic and Baltic industrial ecosystems, and a startup environment
suitable for software-assisted engineering companies.
Long-term vision
The long-term vision is to combine device physics, testing strategy, AI-assisted analysis,
and compact manufacturing logic into a practical engineering workflow for industrial and deep-tech customers.
Fedorov Engineering aims to support European semiconductor resilience by making specialized semiconductor
expertise more accessible, structured, and repeatable.
